Limitation of Liability

Neither DML Security Management nor any of its subsidiaries, employees, or other representatives shall be liable for loss or damage of any kind (however caused, including by negligence) arising out of or in connection with the use of this site ('Services'). Where any law implies a warranty into these Terms of Use which may not be lawfully excluded, then to the maximum extent permitted by law, DML Security Management's liability for breach of the warranty will at DML Security Management's option be limited to the supply of the Services again, or the payment of the cost of having them supplied again.

This site is maintained and controlled by DML Security Management in the State of Victoria, Australia. DML Security Management makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside Australia and access to this site from territories where this site's contents are illegal is prohibited. If you access this site from locations outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
