Our staff can provide free general health checks, by way of, checking blood pressures, blood sugar levels, pulse rates and oxygen levels. This allows your patrons to recognize a potential health issue that they may have not previously been aware of. We can explain what the results mean, prevention techniques and give general medical advice, based on staff training and experiences. |

Let our modern work practices and methods work for you in protecting your staff, clients and patrons At each event that we do, our patients needs come first. We ensure that our patient’s medical needs are not just meet, but exceeded. Our patients leave us with an understanding what caused the medical issue and best ways to prevent the situation re-occurring. Staffing Expertise We have a wide range of fully experienced staff that includes first responders, paramedics and nurses – both EN & RN. All of our staff are annually trained & tested and registered with state & federal bodies were required. All staff holds a minimal Certificate 2 in First Aid. And CPR Our staff are police checked and child safe verified (they hold or are in the process of obtaining a Work with Children Card). The Event Medical Sector & OHS With the ever growing need to ensure OHS issues are meet, there has been a rise in the need for Event Medical Staff to be onsite to ensure the medical needs of patrons and staff are covered in a prompt, professional & clinically sound manner. At DML Event First Aid, our staff goes out of their way to make themselves available to assist. We have a proactive approach, when an incident occurs, our staff make sure that event management are informed of any OHS issues that may have caused an injury. All though our staff has no formal OHS training, if a patient presents with an injury caused by a trip hazard or alike issue, our staff informs event management so they can follow up the cause. Assisting the Ambulance Service & GP Referrals With Ambulance Victoria services being overwhelmed with ‘non urgent calls’, our staff provides some treatments onsite. If the patient’s condition worsens or is medically urgent, Ambulances are contacted. Patients are often referred to their GP for further treatments if required, or if there is an ongoing medical condition, clients receive a copy of their paperwork to provide to their GP with information of observations and treatment carried out, so the GP can continue their care. Equipment / Devices Used All equipment and devices used are approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration & Standards Australia for usage. Also, all equipment used are hygienically cleaned by trained personnel and maintained by the manufactures instructions. ALL biohazard material is disposed of by state regulations. A wide range of vehicles to suite your event We have a wide range of vehicle’s available to best suite your event. Weather conditions, event locations & types, expectant patient numbers are no issue when we plan for an event. The best vehicle for the job is sent. Cost effective solutions All first aid services, however small or big can be cost effective. Prices can be negotiated at any time. All prices are relative to service level provided and based on what is the best first aid solution for your needs. There is no one price for all. Some services will be priced higher while others will be lower, purely based on what service is best for the client. |
